The ITU New Initiatives Programme: Radio Spectrum Management for a Converging World (2004)
This publication contains the materials and conclusions of a recent ITU
workshop organized jointly between the Strategy and Policy Unit (SPU)
and the Radiocommunication Bureau (BR). This workshop served as a forum
for policy-makers and regulators, wireless user groups, experts and
industry players involved in spectrum management. Issues related to the
unlicensed portions of the radio spectrum and experiences of individual
countries are also included in the publication.
